Cranberry Sauce

A refreshing, easy cranberry sauce to complement your Thanksgiving turkey!




12 oz fresh cranberries
1⁄2 raw honey
orange juice

Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Total time: 15 minutes


Pour cranberries, juice and honey into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and boil gently for about 10 minutes. Berries will start to pop after several minutes. You can mash tbe berries with the back of your spoon to make it smoother, or just leave some berries left whole. Serve warm or cold. Store in refrigerator.
