Fitness Classes

Fit4God offers HIIT-IT Fitness Classes three times each week. Classes are scaled to all fitness levels and are led by Certified Personal Trainers at Mayfair Park at 1789 Norwood Drive, Hurst, TX 76054 (across from First Baptist Church of Hurst).

Three HIIT-IT Fitness Classes are offered each week:

Sundays at 5:00 pm

Tuesdays at 6:30 pm

Saturdays at 9:00 am
